Fourteen years old Muhammad Irfan khan,Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Malik Riaz has the same story,these are the three characters of one story. We can not separate these three from each other. These were not ordinary contracts,these were the mines of gold and their father earned what he could.He was a wise man,all money he earned,invested in buying property and educating his children.His boys got education from Aitchison college and girls in convonent .Father gave all luxury to his children,everyone had his personal car at the time when 90% of Pakistan population traveled by cart.They traveled by plane and every child had his own bank account to withdraw as much amount he could.Approximately 80% people goes to wrong direction due to wealth.people having wealth starts drinking alcohol,betting and show off .But their father was a different person and wealth did not make him bad.He lived his whole life in simplicity,offering 5 times prayers,offered Hajj 3 times and did not smoke.Children were also good,all five were very loyal to each other so in short every thing was going good and perfect in their life but suddenly everything changed but how????

Suddenly ,Their father died in 1972.After his death he left Million rupees property in quetta,Karachi and Lahore and two factories in Multan.First issue was the division of property which made the brothers against each other,this issue started increasing and results into hostility among them.They all approached to court and filed case against each other,43 years passed but cases are still pending,in these 43 years they all got married,got children,their mother died,two brothers got heart attack and one sister lost her legs in an accident but they did not get together.They never seen each other after their father death.Now this hostility is transferred into their third generation where cousins are quarreling with each other.No one knows when they will stop this hostility.

I am sure,you are thinking that all brothers are selfish,greedy and cruel but I think they are not cruel indeed they are sinless.Because in my views their father was a cruel and greedy person who died but left many roots of problems for his children.It was the wealth of father which did not let the children to meet each other in 43 years.Think yourself,you will find their father guilty.Now the question is,is this a story of few people and few families?No ,Watch around you will find many families like this which destroyed due to their father’s wealth.Now consider the person who left for his children nothing after death.These people consumed what they earned,lived in rent house,but they spent a lot money on educating their children,spent on their health,they dropped their children to school by themselves ,bought books for their children and ran with them in a playground.These fathers spent difficult life and passed away.Their children have nothing to divide so there is no issue.That’s why their children keep in touch with each other and even becomes more close to each other.

Some days ago in an area of Lahore a mugging happened.Women said that the thief had long height,he was approximately touching the roof of her house.This tip was extra ordinary and was sent to Criminal record office Lahore.This department was established in 2000 in Lahore.Million rupees were spent on the purchase of software which keeps the record of criminals.But as well as other department of state this department also lack competency.This department waited 13 years to be competent and then by the grace of God Punjab Government handed over this department to Superintendent police Umar Riaz.Umar Riaz is a young villager,He passed his Civil superior services exams in 2006,He got first position all over the Pakistan and joined police service.This young boy was in one of them who passed CSS exams in 300 rupees pant.He entered the Public service commission interview without tie.When interviewer asked about tie he said “I don’t have tie “.He is very crazy about reading books,he spends his extra time in library and book stalls reading books.There might be no good book which he has not read.Umar riaz join the CRO office in 2014.This department is a part of DIG investigation Lahore.He started collecting the data of criminals after taking charge.The department collected record of 2.5 lac criminals in one year including criminals of Lahore.Department collected the photos,education,height,date of birth,weight,habits and finger prints of all the criminals.So,when the woman said that thief was very long and he was touching the roof,this tip was sent to CRO office.Umar riaz searched from his data bank the record of criminals with the height of more than six feet.He found eleven people,photos of all eleven criminals were shown to woman and he identified the criminal in ten seconds.They raid and caught the criminal.

This was the latest and efficient method to access the criminals.This method was invented by the FBI founder mister J-EDGER HOOVER.He started collecting the details of criminals and done excellent.Whenever a criminal is arrested in America his details are sent to FBI head quarter in Washington DC.Whenever the crime happened again it became easy to access criminal through the crime seen,method of crime and photos.Bio metric system,face matching machine,finger prints matching system and DNA system has made the work more easy.America has the data of all persons who has CNIC and machine readable passport,the person who applied for the visa of any european country,person who uses mobile phone,travel by plane,passed matriculation or has made facebook account,email account etc.All the data of these above persons is recorded and saved in main server of the FBI.Whenever FBI wants to find and catch a criminal he can do with available data,But we are even unable to search the target killers in Karachi.WHY?? This is because we are not using the modern weapon of the modern era.It is right that our government does not have resources equal to FBI,we can not store the data of all world but we can compete the Chief minister of Bihar MR.Nitish Kumar.When Nitish Kumar appointed as CM of Bihar in november 2005,at that time this province of India was top in the list of crimes.Bollywood made many movies on the criminals of Bihar but Nitish Kumar decided to change the image of Bihar.He implemented the new system of criminals identification,caught criminals,punished them and gave peace to Bihar.He punished 75000 criminals in seven years.It was due to his excellent performance that he beats the BJP in the election of 2015.We can not compete with FBI yet but we can take benefit from the Nitish Kumar model.

Our population is approximately twenty crores.About ten crores people often go to Police station,district court and hospital.Can government not collect their data.Our Nadra department has the latest equipment and systems,Nadra shall implement the DNA testing in the identification process,every person who applies for CNIC his photo,finger print and approximately one hair of his body should also be taken.Take Dna from the body hair and make it the part of citizenship.The expert of crimes also make a mistake or leave a mark from which his DNA can be detected.You just imagine that from this single decision how easy police can access criminals.If government cannot do this at time but can collect the data of all criminals of the world.All persons who visit police station their photos,finger prints and DNA should be taken.Store the data of persons in the jail then connect it to nadra central data and police data of all provinces.World is moving.World identifies the criminals of paris attack after the some hours of attack,it also reaches the family of tashfeen malik and syed rizwan farooq who was involved in california firing incidence.It also reaches Taashfeen's school fellows in Kahrorepaka and shop in saudi arabia from which he uses to buy things.But we our government just bans the double sawari and showing the news of finding needle by burning fodder in the era of magnets.Why we are not moving with the world?do you think?

In punjab,irrespective of Governance issues it is reality that many small/big tasks are being performed.After the ayoub khan era it is the first time that infrastructure facilities are being improved.If you visit sindh,Kpk,and balochistan you will feel the difference,Departments of Punjab are more efficient than other provinces except police.The chief minister Mian shahbaz sharif should visit the criminal record office and shift it to a building like Arfa karim tower.Hire the universities students to collect the data of all criminals,police stations should be ordered to submit a copy of FIR first to CRO office.Information of CRO department should be matched with criminals data and then proceeds further.Government should provide finger prints machines to CRO department which they provided to nadra,Face matching machines shall also be provided to CRO.So it is the request to Government and people to wake up please.

It is an old news,the rule of Mian Muhammad Nawaz sharif was over,he became criminal from the prime minister.He was accused of Hi jacking the airplane of General pervaiz musharaf.Courts sent Mian sahib to different jails.In the beginning of year 2000 Nawaz sharif was shifted to Laandhi jail karachi from Rawalpindi jail.When Nawaz sharif reached jail,he was treated very badly.According to law accused/criminal is handed over to the jail staff.Receiving of accused/criminal is the responsibility of assistant superintendent ,they receive papers,ask the accused name,write in the register and issue the receipt.This rule is only for common accused. Vip and polititions are only required to sign on the document and they are not required by law to give answers to above questions but Mian nawaz sharif also faced this course.Mian sahib was furnished ahead Deputy superintendent,superintendent was sitting on the chair,he opened the register and asked the Mian sahib with bearishness, tell me your name,Mian sahib replied"Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif".Then superintendent asked next question,"what is your father's name?Mian sahib replied "Mian Muhammad Sharif".Next question was very shameful,superintendent asked"think about it that your father is Mian Muhammad sharif".Mian sahib bear this question.Mian sahib had a pen inside his pocket,deputy superintendent snatch the pen and said you are not here to give paper,Mian sahib starred him but remained silent.This incidence was quoted by Makhdoom javed Hashmi.Think about it how regretful this act of deputy superintendent was? I am very regretful.Nawaz sharif became the prime minister of Pakistan for the second time and hi is being insulted by a deputy superintendent.He was the first prime minister of Pakistan who bagged 2/3 votes in election,he was punished on a mistake that he tried to remove the officer of 22 grade from his position(General Pervaiz musharraf).For this act Mian's government was derailed and sharif family was sent to jails,assemblies were broken and Marshal law was enforced in Islam republic of Pakistan.Was this actually a too big mistake that marshal law is enforced in country.The elected prime minister was kidnapped in attock fort where snakes crawls in the day and night.Mian sahib also visited the different jails of Pakistan.He brought into court on an air tight vehicle,in the plane his arm was fixed with seat,their whole property was forged and they were expatriated.

This should not be done with any republic leader,but it happened with Nawaz sharif and this was done by state departments on the command of General pervaiz musharraf,In that period the attitude of general Mehmood was very painful for Nawaz sharif.General Mehmood was core commander in rawalpindi on 12 october 1999.He came to nawaz sharif to take resignation but nawaz sharif refused to resign.According to javed Hashmi general mehmood threatened Nawaz sharif.During period of expatriation Nawaz sharif was very dis heart and could never forgot the behaviour of general mehmood.General Aziz was the director general of military operations,Nawaz sharif was also dis heart on the behaviour of general aziz.General Aziz was also involved in the battle of Kargul,due to his inappropriate policies Pakistan army lost their 3000 soldiers and officers.Nawaz sharif was intended to do his court marshal with the help of general pervaiz musharraf,but these both generals ruin the nawaz government.They saved their posts but ruin the whole system.Nawaz sharif was also unhappy on the behaviour of general Kiyani.Nawaz sharif reached Islamabad from London on 10 september 2007.General Kiyani was the DGIS at that time,People of kiyani sent back nawaz sharif to saudi arabia.These were the all incidences which affect the feelings of Nawaz sharif.After 8 years of expatatriation,5 years bad governance of Pakistan people party,elections of 2013 and efforts to keep away nawaz sharif from regnancy,all these things affected badly Mian nawaz sharif.It can be seen on Nawaz sharif's face that he is forced to be the prime minister and he is finding the way to hide.

It is a reality,now let's move to another reality,the general Pervez Musharraf who sent two jeeps to PM house on 12 october 1999 to derail the government elected by majority of 70 percent,admitted in hospital for 48 days to save himself from court.Musharraf came to court on 18 february,he sat on the chair near the accused cabin,special tribunal entered the room and did not watch the Pervaiz Musharraf.Tribunal leader justice Faisal Arab spoke in loud voice and asked where is the culprit? After hearing these three words Musharraf stood up and salute the court whom he crushed due to his ego on 9 march 2007.Court watched the culprit and send him back to the hospital.This was the fatility of Musharraf.

Now read the story of General Mehmood,when conflicts raised between Musharraf and Mahmood,Musharraf relieve the General Mahmood who in the past crossed all boundaries of manners by demanding resignation from Nawaz sharif.General mahmood got unemployed and after retirement became the chairman of fauji fertilizer,then general mahmood moved towards religion and became part of the Tableeghi jamaat.When nawaz sharif visited army exercises in khairpur on 4 november 2013,General Aziz was also there in the ceremony,they were sitting opposite to each other.Both will definately thinking about the days and nights of 1999.

If yoyu look the 15 years back and hear the stories of ups and down then you will believe the strength of democracy.If Pakistan would not a democratic country then may Nawaz sharif never came back.This is the power of democracy,vote and ballot box that a person who was imprisoned,expatriated and punished is the prime minister of Pakistan for the third time.
